Description
The Company teaches all varieties of dance and fitness classes from jazz, aerobics, creative movement, tap and ballet. With an average student enrollment term of ten months, the Company operates with two semesters and a summer session. The Company averages 275-300 students through out the year with an average class size of 14 students. The Company has intentionally kept an industry low 10-12 students for every instructor ratio leaving potential room for additional student growth compared to other facilities using a 25:1 student to instructor ratio. The semi-absentee Seller is the founder and performs minimal duties and coordinates marketing efforts.
Facilities
Located in leased space, the facility was renovated with a $40,000.00 state of the art exercise floor. The space consists of 1,600sq with a large classroom, dressing room, reception area and an instructor s lounge. The current lease is assumable with favorable below market rates inclusive of common area maintenance fees.
Competition
The Sellers have strategically located the school in a high growth area. Over the next 3-5 years 3,500 families are due to move into the area. The Company has many opportunities for growth including additional classes, additional locations and/or increase.
