They specialize in various certification programs in high demand local industries. In addition to training clients for the various certifications, they offer coaching, recruiting services, certification testing, classroom facility rental and job placement assistance. The Seller is the founder and sole shareholder. The semi absentee Seller performs minimal duties and coordinates minor marketing efforts. A strong administrative staff handles the day-to-day activities. The enrollment department consists of a sales manager and 2 interviewers. Accredited full-time in-house and contract instructors provide the instruction.


The business is located in leased class 'A' office and classroom space. The current lease is assumable and extendable. The facility is very professional with excellent freeway access and transit service nearby.

Growth and Expansion
