The Company sells 14' to 30' boats, trailers, marine engines, parts and repair services to a broad range of customers primarily in Pacific Northwest and Alaska. They are a multi-line marine dealership that has received local and national industry recognition. Due to the rapid growth this opportunity is being offered at 4X trailing twelve months adjusted EBITDA.


The Company_��s offices, showroom, parts inventory, storage and service bays are all located on premise. The facilities have been customized over the years to meet the exact needs of the business to maximize production efficiency.

Growth and Expansion

Sellers believe growth can be achieved through increased sales & marketing (particularly online), potential expansion of the product line and the addition of other services. Currently the company is on a tear with ever increasing margins, top line growth and YoY net margins of 30%+. They are on track for ~$1,500,000 adjusted profit in 2014 compared with $510,000 in 2012 and $1,000,000 in 2013.
